The BB Customs are made for a different old school vibe but with some heat under the hood. Sustain, clarity, growl and sweet lustful tones has been the response from the few that have demo'd the Protos. These are a bit hotter than what you's expect from a PAF style pickup but don't let that fool you. These are old school with a sound that will make you believe your flying in a Zeppelin.
